RECRUITMENT, SELECTION AND PLACEMENT
The orientation training is carried out so as to make it easier for our new employees to understand our companies, mission, vision, policy and objectives, departments, procedures and rules as soon as possible and in order to adapt to the company. Our new employees are given an "Employee Handbook", including all our applications.
EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT
Education is considered as a tool that makes the company to achieve its goals. It is essential that the trainings are distributed to all employees in a balanced manner. Professional Trainings, Personal Development Trainings, Executive Trainings, Computer Trainings, Congresses, Conferences and Seminars, Functional Trainings, Quality and CİSİG Trainings, In-service Trainings, which support the development of our employees, are prepared and implemented within annual schedules.
Performance processes in our companies start with the determination of annual company and process targets. An effective performance evaluation system is applied, in which personal goals and competencies are evaluated.
According to the Job Evaluation and Grouping system, a fair wage management system based on performances is applied.

Reward, Recognition and Suggestion systems are carried out through the contribution of all our employees in order to support the motivation, loyalty and productivity within the company, to provide an environment for continuous improvement, to support the employees for their personal efforts and achievements, to ensure their participation and to appreciate them.
COMMUNICATION AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
In Erdem İzmit Group, a management policy which supports open, honest and direct communication among all employees is implemented. Appropriate written, oral and electronic platforms have been created for employees to make them share their information. Social activities which will increase the motivation of our employees and that they can participate with their families are organized by our "Communication and Social Activities Committee".
In our companies, we support Social Responsibility Projects with the awareness of contribution to society, and the participation of employees is encouraged.
